Contest Official Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you participate in this APTAMIL^TM  KID C-SYNB ROADSHOWS – KID’S PHOTO CONTEST (“Contest”).  Danone Specialized Nutrition (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”). By participating in this Contest, you ("Participant") are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from participating in this Contest.

CONTEST PERIOD

This Contest is set on 23 August 2024 (00:00:00 a.m.) and ends on 31 October 2024 (23:59:59 p.m.) (“Contest Period”).

The Organizer reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary, postpone, re-schedule and/or extend the Contest Period and/or cancel/terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. Prizes will be disbursed to consumers within 30 working days.

PARTICIPATION CRITERIA

1. This Contest is only open to entrants with a valid registered Malaysian mobile and address, child above three  (3) years old in 2024.
2. This Contest only accepts picture of child above 3 year old of age for valid participations of the Contest.
3. No infant image or related infant items ( e.g; infant formula, milk bottle, pacifier, breastfeeding related items ) present in the picture. If deemed non-compliance, participations are nullified automatically.
4. Employees of Organizer and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same household (whether or not related) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in or claim any winnings under the terms of this Contest.

SUBMISSION STEPS

To participate in this Contest :

1. Steps on how the Participants can join the Contest :
   a. Visit our Aptamil^TM  KID C-SynB Roadshow in our selected venues and dates
   b. Pick your favourite costume and take a picture at our designated booth
   c. Like and Follow our official FB Aptamil^TM  KID
   d. Post the best picture and ensure that the post is set Public settings
   e. Tag @AptamilKID in FB post and  hashtag #AptamilKIDCSynB and #27xFasterImmunitySupport
   f. Post with most number of likes within the contest period will be selected as the 50 winners of RM 50 Touch N’ Go e-Wallet Credit ("Prize").  
2. The Organizer is not responsible nor liable to the Participants for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, misdirect, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alternation of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction or glitches of any mobile application, telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.

WINNER SELECTIONS

a. All qualified entries by the end of Contest Period will be shortlisted for selection of 50 Winners of the Prizes with the most number of likes in their post.
b. The Organizer shall contact the 50 Winners via Facebook Messenger to provide information required for the Prize redemptions.
c. If for any reason (e.g., no reply, telephone no. provided not in service, no network connection etc.), the shortlisted winners cannot be reached after three (3) attempts, the Prize will be forfeited. The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event the winner cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. The Organizer shall have absolute discretion and reserves the right to select an alternate winner who will be subject to the same rules.
d. Each participant shall only win one (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period, irrespective of the number of entries submitted to the Organizer.
e. The decisions made by the Organizer are final, binding and indisputable. Any form of disputes and/or complaints through any kinds of medium will not be entertained.

DELIVERY OF PRIZES

a. RM 50 Touch N’ Go E-wallet Credit Pin Code will be sent via Facebook Messenger / Whatsapp  to the Participant. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide correct details and contact number. The Prize must be fully utilized in a single transaction and any unconsumed value will be forfeited and is not refundable
b. This Contest is valid for Malaysia addresses only.
c. Any returned and unredeemed items will be forfeited.
d. Prizes will be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks from 30^th October 2024. 
e. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, and redeemable for cash.

TERMS OF CONDITIONS OF E-WALLET CREDIT VOUCHER

All Touch ‘n Go Reload PIN (West Malaysia) received by Participants must be used before the expiry date and in accordance with its terms and conditions. The Organizer or Touch ‘n Go will not entertain any claims by Participant with expired PIN / e-Voucher. 

TOUCH ‘N GO EWALLET RELOAD PIN

a. Only ONE (1) Reload PIN Reward can be used per reload.
b. Used Reload PIN Reward are non-reversible. Once used, the amount is not exchangeable nor refundable for credits, cash, or such replacement in part or in full.
c. TNG Digital will not in any way contact users for any personal information or account credentials for this Contest.
