Aptamil™ KID C-SynB Buy and Redeem RM10 Campaign

  1. The Aptamil™ KID C-SynB 600g Buy and Redeem RM10 Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Danone Specialized Nutrition (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Danone”). By submitting your request and participating in the Campaign, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  2. The Campaign commences from 1st July 2024 to 31st Dec 2024 ("Promotion Period").
  3. The Campaign is open to Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above with a valid address in Malaysia only, with children aged 1 year old and above as at the start of the Promotion Period.
  4. The participating product is Aptamil™ KID C-SynB 600g.
  5. How to participate in the Campaign is as follows:
    a. Participant purchases an Aptamil™ KID C-SynB 600g pack from any participating outlet
    b. Visit www.promo.aptamilkid.com.my and register with your phone number
    c. Upload your receipt on the microsite
  6. Upon approval, RM10 eWallet credit reload pin of Participant’s choice (Touch ‘N Go, Sarawak Pay / Grab) will be awarded to the Participant in the microsite under the “Rewards” Tab
  7. Participants are required to provide the information during the signup at the microsite and agree to the terms and conditions to be eligible to participate in the Campaign. Danone reserves the right to verify the information provided by the Participant and requests for proof of identity from the Participant. Danone reserves the right to reject unclear, incomplete, duplicate, illegible, or incorrect submissions from the Participant. Participants will be notified via WhatsApp / SMS when the receipt is approved.
  8. Danone reserves the right to replace, remove or substitute the RM10 eWallet reload pin with an alternative item of similar value at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
  9. Only one (1) RM10 eWallet reload pin is permitted per new user based on their phone number and is limited to the first 18,000 participants. Any redemption past the first 18,000 eWallet pin and after the campaign period will not be entertained.
  10. This promotion cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and/or discounts.
  11. Each Participant shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any injury, accidents or claims resulting from their participation in this Campaign. All expenses incurred to participate in this Campaign are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
  12. Danone, all its campaign partners and other parties involved in the Campaign, including their directors, officers and agents are not liable in any way for the following: (a) intervention by unauthorized parties during the Campaign; (b) any human errors and electronic/technical failure in the administration of the Campaign and processing/reviewing of purchases; (c) any entry that is lost, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received; (d) termination of the Campaign due to instructions, directions and/or orders from applicable regulatory authorities, and (e) any liability (including death) whether directly or indirectly caused by their participation in the Campaign and usage of the RM10 eWallet reload pin.
  13. Each Participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify Danone (including its affiliates and subsidiaries) from and against all losses, damages, expenses and all third- party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and awards arising from the Participant’s participation in the Campaign.
  14. Danone is not responsible for any error, omission, delay, communication failure and/or any malfunctions whatsoever in relation to any computer systems, telephone lines, servers, online providers, service providers, the internet and/or the relevant website in the administration of the Campaign.
  15. By participating in the Campaign and/or accepting and/or using any RM10 eWallet reload pin, the Participant agrees to release liability of Danone, all its business partners and other parties relating to this Campaign, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgment, damage or loss.
  16. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participant agrees to waive any right against Danone and/or its officers, employees, representatives and/or designated agents (including suppliers or any third party) in respect of loss or damage arising from the participation in this Campaign.
  17. Danone reserves the right to amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion with notification on https://www.aptamilkid.com.my.
  18. Danone reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign with the notification on https://www.aptamilkid.com.my or in any other manner. The Participant shall not make any claim or compensation from Danone for any losses incurred.
